Heineken Ireland Launches Employer Brand Campaign

Posted on: 05 Dec 2024

Heineken Ireland is proud to unveil its new Employer Brand Campaign, ‘We Make The Star’, a reflection of the company’s unique culture, dedication to its people and commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.

At Heineken Ireland, the renowned star isn’t just a logo, it’s a symbol of the energy and passion that drives the team every day. Its Employer Brand Campaign, “We Make The Star,” captures the essence of its dynamic work culture where creativity meets dedication. The Heineken star represents not only its commitment to excellence but also the spirit of unity and collaboration.

The campaign highlights how employees come together to make a real difference, not only to the brand but also to the communities they serve.

Fiona Curtin, Heineken Ireland’s Director of Marketing, said: “Our Employer Brand Campaign truly reflects the essence of what makes Heineken Ireland such a great place to work. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and this campaign celebrates the creativity, commitment, and collaboration that drive our success every day. At Heineken Ireland, we don’t just make beer, we Make The Star.”

Commitment to Employee Wellbeing

Heineken Ireland is ranked as one of Ireland’s best employers and achieved Great Place to Work Certification™ in May this year. This recognition is a testament to its vibrant culture, supportive environment, and the amazing team spirit that all Heineken Ireland employees contribute to every day.

The brewer recently implemented several enhancements to its employee benefits package. All 340 employees across Heineken Ireland’s operations can now access health insurance through Laya Healthcare. This includes access to routine and emergency care, specialist consultations, mental health services, physiotherapy, and wellness programmes.

Heineken Ireland employees also benefit from several life stage policies, including fertility, surrogacy, adoptive and menopause leave. Employees can also avail of two days’ leave per year to volunteer to support local community work or charities.

Heineken Ireland People Director, Alfonso Aunon said: “Our people are at the heart of everything we do at Heineken Ireland. Providing healthcare to all staff underscores our commitment to their well-being, giving them the peace of mind they need to thrive both personally and professionally.

“With the expansion of our health cover and the introduction of our new life stage policies, we want to create a better work-life balance for our staff, reduce stress, and ensure that they feel supported and valued. We believe that a healthy team is a productive team, and this step reaffirms our dedication to creating a positive and nurturing work environment where everyone can succeed.”
