Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 & older.
2. The promoter is Tara Publishing Limited T/A Retail News, 14 Upper Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Employees of Tara Publishing Limited T/A Retail News or their family members shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. Multiple entries are allowed but winner will be chosen at random.
6. The competition runs from Thursday 30th July 2015 to Thursday 27th August 2015.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. Tara Publishing Limited T/A Retail News reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for service delivery of any third party connected with this competition and takes no responsibility for loss or damage incurred as part of prize experience. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. The winners will be notified by Facebook private message or Twitter private message within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The first winner chosen at random will win a Family Membership for 4 people to Tayto Park, full details of what a Family Membership includes can be found at http://www.taytopark.ie/visitor-information/family-membership. The second and third winners chosen at random will win 4 admission passes to Tayto Park. The admission pass includes all day admission to the park, where you can visit the Tayto Crisp factory tour, visit the zoo which has over 100 types of animals and make use of the many playgrounds around the park. Due to height restrictions on rides in the adventure zone, tokens or wristbands are required to use the rides and are not covered with your admission pass.
12. Tayto Park Family Membership terms and conditions
• Membership is valid for one year from date of purchase (subject to opening hours).
• The membership card is for use by the named holder only and is not transferable under any circumstances.
• Only adults and children named on the card will be admitted to Tayto Park.
• Children under 3 are free.
• Cardholders must present their card at all times to gain entry into the park. If you do not have your card then the full admission price must be paid and this is not refundable.
• Additional or replacement cards are €5.00 per card (max 2 cards per family).
• Members must pay for activities at The Eagle Sky Adventure Zone and Geronimo Thrill Zone.
• Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers at Tayto Park, e.g. Santa, Events, Halloween, School Tours.
• Members must park in the Tayto Park car park and not in the restaurant car park.
• Tayto Park reserves the right to change the membership pass benefits and prices at any time without prior notice.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Membership correspondence will be via email (Christmas, Halloween events etc).
• General Tayto Park T&C apply.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Winners agree to the use of their names and image in any publicity material. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Tara Publishing Limited T/A Retail News and not to any other party.
