Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 & older.
2. The promoter is Tara Publishing Limited T/A Retail News, 14 Upper Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Employees of Tara Publishing Limited T/A Retail News or their family members shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. Multiple entries are allowed but winner will be chosen at random.
6. The competition runs from Thursday 20th October 2016 to Monday 24th October 2016.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. Tara Publishing Limited T/A Retail News reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for service delivery of any third party connected with this competition and takes no responsibility for loss or damage incurred as part of prize experience. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. The winners will be notified by Facebook private message or Twitter private message within 24 Hours of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The first winner chosen at random will win a Swizzels Hamper which will include the following or similar to the following

12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Winners agree to the use of their names and image in any publicity material. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
